Returns Policy

If your purchased item is faulty

You should contact us within 30 days from the date your order was delivered, either by email at enquiries@refax.co.uk or phone on 01689 835 888 and we will provide you with a reference number.

You can then post your faulty items to us at the address on our contact page. We will test the product and arrange either a full refund or a replacement cartridge. Please ensure that all faulty items are sent by recorded delivery and packaged with sufficient packaging to avoid damage in transit.

You must contact us before sending back any faulty products in order to receive a reference number.

Please complete the returns form on your delivery note to speed up the process.

If you purchased item is damaged on arrival

In the unlikely event that your product(s) are damaged on arrival, you should contact us as soon as possible after your order was delivered (in any case within 30 days of the delivery date). You can contact us either by email at enquiries@refax.co.uk or phone on 01689 835 888 and we will provide you with a reference number.

You should then return the damaged product(s) to us at the address on our contact page with the original packaging included.

Please complete the return form on your delivery note.

We will then arrange for either a refund or replacement product which ever you prefer.

If you change your mind after ordering

In compliance with distance selling regulations you have up to 7 working days after the date of delivery (not including weekends or bank holidays) to return any unwanted goods to us for refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange you must:

• Return items unused, unopened and in their original packaging

• Complete the return form on your delivery note

Please ensure that the items being returned are sent by recorded delivery and are packaged sufficiently to avoid damage. We will not be responsible for any damage which is incurred during transit. Please note that we will not refund the cost of postage or packing for items returned.

Once the items have been received and checked we will then issue a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of your returned items.
